The Partner Network is the structure we built to pass that surplus on responsibly: each client goes to exactly one carefully vetted partner, under a written agreement signed before any introduction is made, and the client experiences one brand — Tbilisi Home — from first contact to closing. This page explains the four partnership models and the rules that govern all of them.

Property owners who list with us are the foundation of our business; they are never passed to partners. Every other client follows a fixed routing order, published here, so partners always know exactly where they stand.
