The A-Team programme is for people who already run their own operation and want an established brand, a complete tool stack and a market behind them — without an office or a manager above them. Team leaders source their own clients, recruit their own people, and keep the larger share of the commission. In return, Tbilisi Home provides everything we built for our own work: the brand, the systems and the method. This page describes the arrangement and the kind of person it is designed for.

What a team leader receives, and what the platform costs

You receive

  • The brand — the Tbilisi Home name on your cards, your listings and your WhatsApp line
  • The full tool stack — our CRM, the AI assistant on the website and WhatsApp, our sourcing tools, the Market Report, and the owner portal for your managed clients
  • Your own team — you recruit and manage your own people, and take an override on their closed deals
  • Training in the Tbilisi Home method — sourcing, qualifying, presenting, closing and owner management
  • Overflow referrals — when we hold more clients than we can serve, team leaders are first in line, on standard Network terms
  • A growing share — the commission split improves in your favour as your closed volume grows

The platform asks

  • Your own lead generation — the A-Team is not a lead feed; you bring the clients, we supply the platform
  • A commission share that begins higher and steps down as your annual closings grow, up to a fixed cap
  • A monthly platform fee covering the tools and the brand — one flat, predictable amount
  • The Tbilisi Home standard — our clients are treated the same way whether they meet your team or ours
  • Complete records — every deal entered in the CRM, and every client protected by the same agreement we use ourselves

The exact split, cap and platform fee are being finalised with the first team leaders. Registering interest costs nothing, and you will see the numbers before they are published anywhere else.

You close independently

You have your own flow of clients and a track record to show for it. The A-Team multiplies what already works; it does not replace it.

Two or three agents you trust, or a concrete plan to recruit them. The override on their deals is where a team leader's income grows.

You want the platform, not the office

Everything runs online — the CRM, the assistant, listings, agreements and payments. You work from wherever your clients are.

The A-Team is how Tbilisi Home intends to grow beyond one city: one team leader per city, running the same method on the same tools. The first seats in Tbilisi will set the template for everything that follows.
