Tbilisi Home generates more client enquiries than our own team can work, and we sell that surplus to a small number of approved agencies. Each lead is sold to exactly one agency, paid for in advance, and carries no commission share afterwards. What you purchase is not a form fill: it is a person with a confirmed budget who has already spoken with us and is expecting a call. This page explains what a lead contains, how pricing works, and how to apply for access.
Every client has already had a conversation with Tbilisi Home — on the website, with our assistant, or on WhatsApp. What you receive is that conversation in structured form, not just a contact record.

Tell us your coverage, your team size and the kinds of leads you want. We deliberately approve a limited number of agencies so that leads remain genuinely exclusive.
When a matching lead arrives, you receive a WhatsApp message with the anonymised brief — client type, budget, districts and timing — together with the price.
If you want the lead, you pay through the link. The first agency to pay receives the lead; the others are informed it is gone. Each agency signs the Network Partner Agreement once, before its first offer.
Within minutes of payment being confirmed, you receive the full brief and the client's contact details — and our introduction has already been sent to the client.
No. You pay per lead, and only for the leads you choose to buy. There is no monthly fee and no minimum commitment.
If the number is wrong, or the client is unreachable within 48 hours of the handoff, tell us and we will replace the lead with the next matching one at no charge. Clients who answer but decide not to proceed are a normal part of the business — which is why leads are priced as leads, not as closed deals.
No, and this is by design. Our own clients and Network agents are served first, and we keep several agencies active so that pricing stays fair and leads stay fresh. Approved agencies see the offers that match their declared coverage.
The client is told that a Tbilisi Home partner will be in touch, and is given your name before you call. The commercial arrangement between us is not disclosed to the client.
