    You’ll need to cover PoA fees, taxes, and closing costs, but there are no agent commission fees because the seller pays us.

  • How can you offer all these services without charging commission?
    Unlike other countries, In Georgia, the buyer has no legal obligation to work with a Real Estate Agent therefore charging a buyer commission is redundant. The seller covers our commission . We negotiate the best deal for you, and we don’t take any additional fees from you, the buyer.

  • What’s included in the Power of Attorney (PoA)?
