Four things that never change

One lead, one partner. We never send the same client to two people. If you have it, nobody else does.
One brand. To the client, a Network partner is Tbilisi Home. You work on our process, under our name, and the client never feels handed off.
The record is ours. Every handoff is time-stamped in our CRM — who, when, on what terms. That record protects you and us if anyone tries to go around the deal.
Terms in writing. Every partner signs the Network Partner Agreement before the first lead; agencies also pay before the handoff. No verbal deals, no surprises at closing.
