How a client moves

The client

Writes to Tbilisi Home on the site or on WhatsApp→we learn what they need and check the budget against real prices

One member

We give the client to one agent, or one brokerage takes the client from the board→the member sees the name and the number at once

The viewing

Booked in the member's dashboard first→then the owner's contact is shown

The closing

Booked in the dashboard with the date and the price→the commission and each share are worked out before closing day

The rules

Four rules for every member of the Network

One client, one member. A client goes to one agent or one brokerage. No client gets calls from several people.

The owner pays the commission. For a sale it is usually 3% of the price. For a rental it is one month's rent for a 12-month lease, and half a month for 6 months. Buyers and tenants pay nothing.

Everything is recorded. Viewings and closings are booked in the dashboard. A deal kept out of the dashboard ends the membership.

Everyone is checked first. Every agent and every brokerage speaks with us on a video call and accepts written terms before the first client.
