You give

From application to first referral

Tell us who you are, which districts and languages you work, and which clients you want. Two minutes.

Call with Nino

A short conversation about how you work and what you've closed. We are picky on purpose — it's our clients' trust on the line.

Sign

The one-page Network Partner Agreement, signed electronically. Without it nobody works with us — it protects the client, you and us equally.

Receive referrals

When a client fits you, you get a WhatsApp from us with the brief and the client's number; the client has been told a Tbilisi Home agent will call. From there, it's yours.

Active, not aspiring

You have closed deals in the last twelve months and can name the streets you work. We match referrals to real coverage, not to a wish list.

Responsive

Clients who reach us expect an answer the same day. If a two-hour first response isn't realistic for you, the Network isn't the right fit yet.

Straight

We've been circumvented before and we act on it. Partners who play it straight get more referrals, better ones, and first call on the A-Team.

Questions

Before you apply

Do I have to pay anything to join?

No. There is no joining fee, no monthly fee and no charge per referral. We earn only when you close, through the 50 / 50 split.

Will the same client be sent to other agents too?

Never. A referral is exclusive to you. If you decline it or go quiet for more than a day, we may reassign it — we'll tell you first.

Can I list properties with Tbilisi Home?

Yes — owner-direct properties you bring can be published on tbilisihome.ge and marketed by us, with your name as the agent on the deal. Ask Nino on the call.

Whose client is it after the deal?

The introduction is ours, the relationship you build is yours. Future transactions with the same client within 12 months of the introduction are covered by the split; after that, they're simply your client.

What if the client was already talking to me?

Tell us straight away and we'll check our records. If the client reached you first, there's nothing to split — we'd rather know than argue about it at closing.
