  • Qualified buyers with a budget, a timeline and a way to pay
  • A confirmed visit with the date, the time and the language arranged
  • Investor buyers when your project stands up against our market data
  • Written feedback within 24 hours of each visit
  • Market data from our street-level Tbilisi price index

We need from you

  • A project sheet: location, unit mix, sizes, prices per m², payment plans, completion date and permit status
  • One contact on your sales team who can confirm a visit the same day
  • True availability, updated when it changes
  • Terms in writing, signed before the first buyer is introduced
  • No direct marketing to buyers we introduce, outside the agreed terms
How you pay

A commission when the buyer signs

We earn only when you sell. The commission is a percent of the sale price, agreed in writing for each project before the first buyer is introduced. Every introduction is protected for 12 months.
