Tbilisi Home was founded in 2022 by two people from two worlds. Nino, a native Georgian with a deep love for Tbilisi’s architecture and neighborhoods — and Jeff, an American who moved to Georgia, fell for the country, and never left.
Between them sits exactly the gap most of our clients need bridged: the local knowledge that finds the right property at the right price, and the international experience that understands what moving your life or money to a new country actually feels like.
Four years on, that’s still the whole idea. We stay small on purpose — you work directly with the people whose names are on the door, not with whichever agent picks up the phone. We’re a member of the Georgian National Association of Real Estate.
