METHOD
We collect every live apartment listing on Georgia’s major portals each quarter, clean out duplicates and fantasy prices, and summarize by street, building and district.
The same square meter is worth very different money depending on condition. That is why we publish renovated and frame prices separately — one blended average would mislead you.
These are asking prices. Actual sale prices usually land below them — and Georgia has no public record of closed sales. Pricing one specific property takes more than a district average.
YOUR NUMBER
