Every Tbilisi Home service is priced in writing before you commit to it. This page lists our standard fees and the currency each is charged in. Where a fee depends on the size of a property, the rate per square metre is shown and we confirm the exact total before any work begins.
All of our services are delivered digitally — by email, WhatsApp, or through your account on this website. Nothing is posted or shipped, and no delivery charges apply. See our Refund, Cancellation & Delivery Policy.
Memberships

For both services the total is calculated from the property’s registered floor area and confirmed to you in writing before the appointment is made.

The management fee is charged monthly in arrears and covers tenant sourcing, rent collection, repairs coordination and reporting. There are no undisclosed fees or deductions.

Brokerage
Sales and purchase brokerage commission is agreed in writing before engagement and is set out in full in your signed agreement. Commission becomes payable only on a completed transaction.
Currency and Payment
Fees are quoted and charged in United States Dollars (USD) or Georgian Lari (GEL) as shown above. Every payment link we issue displays the exact amount and currency before you confirm payment — you will never be charged an amount you have not seen and approved.
Where your card is issued in another currency, your bank applies its own exchange rate and the amount debited may differ slightly from the figure shown. That difference is set by your issuer and is outside our control.
Prices on this page may change. The price that applies to you is the one quoted to you in writing at the time you engage us.
