Modern developments, wider streets, and family-sized apartments at prices the central districts can’t match — with the city expanding toward them.

The Dighomi meadows stretch along the Mtkvari — one of the city’s largest green expanses — and the district’s newer streets are wide enough for actual trees. Weekend cycling and riverside walks come standard.
Big-box convenience lives on the district’s highway edge — including Tbilisi Mall, the city’s largest. Daily life here runs on car logistics that central districts can’t match: parking exists.
New residential complexes draw young families, and international schooling (including QSI) sits on the district’s edge — the school run is often easier from Dighomi than from the center.
You’ll want a car — the metro doesn’t reach most of Dighomi, and the district’s value is measured in square meters and quiet, not walkability. For space-per-dollar, nothing central competes.
