Every Tbilisi Home service is priced in writing before you commit to it. This page lists our standard fees and the currency each is charged in. Where a fee depends on the size of a property, the rate per square metre is shown and we confirm the exact total before any work begins.
All of our services are delivered digitally — reports, documents and files reach you by email, WhatsApp, or through your account on this website. Some services — inspection, appraisal, and photography — include a visit to the property; the resulting report or files are still delivered digitally. Nothing is posted or shipped, and no delivery charges apply. See our Refund, Cancellation & Delivery Policy.

Memberships are billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the paid month.
Membership for licensed agents and agencies: client requests matched to you, agent tools and the partner portal. Agencies pay per agent. What each plan includes is set out on the agent and agency pages. Monthly membership is charged to the card you save when you join and renews automatically each month. You can cancel at any time in your partner portal or by writing to [email protected], effective at the end of the paid month.
For both services the total is calculated from the property’s registered floor area and confirmed to you in writing before the appointment is made.
Third-party costs — notary charges, government registration fees and certified translation — are charged at cost and always confirmed with you in advance.
A guided day of viewings with a Tbilisi Home specialist. You pay a GEL 300 deposit online to hold the date and the balance on the day. The investor tour fee is credited against our commission if you buy through us within twelve months. Full details are on the Real Estate Tour page. Groups of eight or more are quoted individually.
The management fee is charged monthly in arrears and covers tenant sourcing, rent collection, repairs coordination and reporting. There are no undisclosed fees or deductions.

Sales and purchase brokerage commission is agreed in writing before engagement and is set out in full in your signed agreement. Commission becomes payable only on a completed transaction.
Fees are quoted and charged in United States Dollars (USD) or Georgian Lari (GEL) as shown above. Every payment link we issue displays the exact amount and currency before you confirm payment — you will never be charged an amount you have not seen and approved.
Where your card is issued in another currency, your bank applies its own exchange rate and the amount debited may differ slightly from the figure shown. That difference is set by your issuer and is outside our control.
Prices on this page may change. The price that applies to you is the one quoted to you in writing at the time you engage us.
